The week of July 18-23, we will be traveling to and working at Cookson Hills.  Cookson Hills is a place that provides a nurturing home, quality Christian education, and therapy services in a safe and trauma-informed environment. They spend a lot of time serving kids with traumatic pasts, and we want  to serve them by helping out with some of the extra work that comes along with summer time. We will be doing lawn care chopping wood, detailing vans, and deep cleaning the dining hall amongst other things. We are doing this work for them so that they can continue pouring their time into the students who live there.
